Lane Cove Community Nursery and Eco Garden

If you like the outdoors and would like to learn more about sustainable gardening, indigenous plants or bushcare, consider getting involved in Lane Cove’s Community Nursery.
The nursery is adjacent to the Blackman Park Scout Hall, Lane Cove, via a short bush walk from the car park in Lloyd Rees Drive . Disabled access is only available from Banksia Close, as parking in this area is limited. For more information phone 9911 3579 or email bushcare@lanecove.nsw.gov.au
The Community Nursey is open for a workshop this Saturday 6th May from 9am - 12 noon. Come along and find out about Banksias, go for a short bushwalk to collect cones and extract the seed by cooking them on the fire!
