Scouts and Cubs RSVP for Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony

Scouts and Cub scouts are welcome to attend and present native plants to the new citizens at the Lane Cove Citizenship Ceremony on Australia Day, commencing at 9am. Please RSVP to Kaa by Tuesday 24th January.

Air Activities Day Re-booked for Sunday 25th March 2012

A1 Activity Notification Form Air Activities Day Parts I and II – Jan 10
Hopefully the weather will be kinder to us this time & we’ll be able to fly! Cub, scouts, parents & siblings are welcome to join us at the Scouts Air Base, Camden Airport. The day begins at 8:30am to organise flying groups of 3 (each plane seats 4 including the pilot). Cubs and scouts will have the opportunity to earn badges & we will have a BBQ lunch together – please bring salads & fruit to share.
N.B. Closing date for Cubs is Wed 14th March & Scouts Closing Date is Fri 16th March** as we need to provide numbers of people flying 1 week prior**

Cubs, Scouts & Venturers start back soon for 2012

Scouts and Venturer Scouts are currently on the summer holiday break but resume Friday 3rd February 2012 (from 7:30-9:30pm), & Cub Scouts start back a week later on Wednesday 8th February (7:00-8:30pm). Programme details will be available mid-January: see Cub Page for draft Term 1 Program, others following!

Trees $45 – $70
$15 same day delivery in Lane Cove area including Chatswood, Willoughby, Artarmon, St Leonards.
Tree stands will also be sold.

Air Activities Day – Sunday 27th November

The sky’s our limit!! Cubs, Scouts, Venturers and their families have the opportunity to take a flight over the Camden area with the Scout Air Activity pilots. Each youth member will have the opportunity to learn about the airport, flight and airspace regulations as well. The cubs will also make a model glider.

Families are welcome too and we’ll all have a BBQ lunch. Meet at Camden Airport Scout Air Base at 8:30am for an exciting day.
